Elliott Properties is a multi-office full
service residential and commercial real estate
company.
We currently maintain offices in Boone and
Greensboro, North Carolina, and boast of having
in excess of a quarter of a century of
experience. CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties was
founded by Charlie Elliott and is corporately
owned by shareholders, Martitia Mortimer,
Barbara Kelly, and Charlie Elliott.
Full service for us means we are able to
legally represent both buyers and sellers and
that we have specialists in our offices capable
of handling any type of residential or
commercial real estate.
We not only offer a broad range of properties
listed by our agents, we further co-operate with
all companies in all of the multiple listing
services in our market areas. For our sellers,
we offer all properties, which we list through
all area multiple listing services, and for our
buyers we are able to offer them all properties
listed within these multiple listing services,
regardless of which company lists the property.
We also have the capability of handling the
needs of our clients who are relocating to
different parts of the country and world.
Through our network of in excess of 8,000
CENTURY 21 offices, there is usually a CENTURY
21 office located where you are coming from or
